BAGEL BREAKFAST SANDWICH

egg bacon and avocado bagel breakfast sandwich with sansonetti sauces roasted red pepper hot sauce

Ingredients

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.

  • Place bacon on baking sheet and cook in oven for 6-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. (Time varies by oven and thickness of bacon).

  • Toast bagel and place on plate.

  • Mash ripe avocado in bowl and spread on toasted bagel. Place bacon on top.

  • Melt butter in a frying pan. Crack egg into pan and cover for a few minutes over medium heat until cooked to desired firmness.

  • Slide egg off pan onto bagel.

  • Drizzle Sansonetti Sauces Roasted Red Pepper Hot Sauce on egg and enjoy immediately.
