Chicken Parmesan in Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce




  • Pound out chicken breasts.

  • Mix salt, pepper, and granulated garlic into flour.

  • In a separate dish, beat eggs with water.

  • Coat chicken breasts in flour, drench in egg wash and then dip in bread crumbs.

  • Fry breaded chicken in olive oil on both sides until brown, drain on paper towels.

  • Place cooked chicken in baking platter.

  • While chicken is still hot sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.

  • Top with Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce, Eggplant Pasta Sauce or Spicy Arrabiata Pasta Sauce.

  • Top with more Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake until cheese melts.
