Spicy Curry Mustard Sauce for Grilled Tuna Steak - 3 tablespoons Spicy Curry Mustard - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cover Tuna with sauce & grill
Curry Rice - 3 tbsp. Spicy Curry Mustard - 1 cup long grain rice - 2 cups water - 1/2 cup raisins - 1/2 cup chopped cashews. Add 3 tablespoons of Spicy Curry Mustard to 2 cups boiling water and add 1 cup long grain rice. Stir in ¼ cup raisins. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes/ until rice is done. Mix in ½ cup chopped cashews into rice.

“Neon Palm” Jamaican Jerk Sauce
• Marinade • Barbeque Sauce • Sandwich Spread • Flavor Rice
Jamaican Stir Fry - ½ cup Neon Palm Jerk Sauce - 2 cups uncooked brown rice - 4 cups water - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil - 1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed - 1 onion chopped - 1 green bell pepper chopped.
Bring 3 ¾ cups water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon Neon Palm to the water along with 2 cups of uncooked rice. Cover, lower heat & simmer rice for about 35 minutes or until done. Saute the chicken, onion and pepper in oil for 2 minutes. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons Neon Palm with ¼ cup water, add to stir fry and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Place rice on a platter and pour chicken stir fry over the rice and serve.

Grilled Eggplant Pasta Sauce
Ratatouille A popular French stew; serve with a salad and fresh bread - Saute diced eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes, onion and garlic in olive oil. - Add Eggplant Pasta Sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
- 1 cup Grilled Salsa - 1 cup water - 3/4 cup long grain rice.
Combine Salsa, water and rice, cover, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or till rice is done.
