SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

Ingredients

Pasta

 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tbs salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl with your hands until all ingredients are combined.

  • Roll into meatballs with your hands, dip in water then add to a simmering pot of Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce, Eggplant Pasta Sauce or Spicy Arrabiata Pasta Sauce

  • Simmer in sauce for 1 hour.

  • Cook off spaghetti (al dente) and mix with meatballs and sauce.

  • top with Parmesan
