STUFFED SHELLS WITH BEEF FILLING

Ingredients

Shells

 

Beef Filling

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • ½ onion chopped

  • 3 garlic minced

  • Bread crumbs

  • Chopped Spinach

  • Egg

  • pinch of salt, pepper, parsley, basil and oregano

Instructions

  • Brown off ground beef

  • Saute diced onion and minced garlic

  • Add chopped spinach

  • Season with salt, pepper, parsley, basil and oregano

  • Scramble egg and add to beef mixture.

  • Cook off Jumbo Shells
  • Fill shells with beef filling

  • Place shells in baking pan, cover with Sansonetti Sauces Marinara Sauce, Eggplant Pasta Sauce or Spicy Arrabiata Pasta Sauce

  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
